Harvard is committed to helping junior faculty and graduate teaching fellows develop and strengthen their teaching and advising skills through a variety of resources.

The Derek Bok Center offers a number of resources for instructors, including tips and information on teaching in racially diverse classrooms. The Center also hosts and number of conferences and lectures for junior faculty.

Additional resources include research on the experience of minority faculty as well as studies on the academic performance of women and underrepresented minority students and links to teaching centers at other universities.

Undergraduate Education in Life Sciences maintains a website with multimedia resources for instructors, including videos of lectures delivered at Life Sciences events.

Instructors may also find the Advising Programs Office useful, it provides resources for students' questions about course selection, career opportunities, and counseling services.
