The Gender Equity Project, housed at Hunter College and funded in part by the National Science Foundation ADVANCE initiative, contains many elements that can inform campus search committee hiring practices and policy. The website also contains a complete annotated bibliography on gender equity, written by co-director and professor of psychology, Dr. Virgina Valian, leading researcher in the field.
