In October 2006 the Harvard University Office of Postdoctoral Affairs opened, serving postdoctoral fellows in the Faculty of Arts and Science and the Professional Schools on the Cambridge campus. In addition, the Office for Postdoctoral Affairs serves as the liaison for postdoctoral affairs offices at the Harvard Medical School, the School of Dental Medicine, the School of Public Health, the Longwood Medical Area of Boston, and administrative units across the university.
