The new WATCH Portal connects parents and student caregivers within the Harvard community

Harvard parents can:

• post ongoing childcare positions, occasional babysitting jobs, and last-minute care requests
• search for a caregiver with a specific skill or language
• contact babysitters and save favorite caregiver profiles
• get connected to resources for hiring and managing caregivers
• send a request for a babysitter on short-notice (students registered for this feature will receive an email alert)
• sponsor their child -high school or college student- to be a caregiver

Students can:

• create profiles and post resumes

•  search for and apply to childcare jobs

• receive email alerts of job opportunities that match specific criteria

• get connected to resources for developing childcare skills and earning health and safety certifications

The WATCH Portal is protected by Harvard's PIN system.
Only Harvard faculty, staff, students, and their sponsored household members have access to the service.
